Adirondack Employee Assistance Program is a professional, confidential resource that helps employees, and their family members address and resolve any personal challenge that has the potential to impact work performance. The overall goal is to assist the individual in achieving and maintaining physical mental personal health and work life balance.

EAP provides a caring, professional atmosphere in a private, safe setting. Our counselors are dedicated, experienced, and compassionate professionals committed to providing care with utmost dignity and respect. All contacts with EAP are strictly confidential to the fullest degree allowed by law.

Now it’s easier than ever to take control of those stressors, achieve a more satisfying quality of life, and reach your personal and professional goals. Because EAP is a voluntary, employer-sponsored benefit, there is no charge to employees for these services.

Testimonials

"My counselor was exceptional, a natural at the work she does. She helped me through an extremely difficult time in my life. I will forever be grateful for all of the light she brought back to my life. Simply amazing."

“I would highly recommend EAP to my co-workers, in fact, I have. This program was extremely helpful to me during a very stressful and sad time in my life.”

“The counselor made me feel good about myself. She helped me work through some areas that I was having trouble dealing with – not actually telling me what to do. I came to my own conclusions with her support.”
