Your EAP and What We Do

Since 1982, the Employee Assistance Program of Warren, Washington, and Saratoga Counties, Inc. has provided employer-sponsored counseling services to individuals and family members when personal concerns interfere with work performance, personal happiness, or family relations.

For employees, the EAP is a voluntary, work-based program offering free confidential assessments, counseling, and referrals to those experiencing personal or work-related difficulties. We offer counseling for an assortment of problems, such as: alcohol and substance abuse, stress, grief, family issues, emotional and psychological issues, and financial difficulties, to name just a few. If additional help for employees or family members is needed beyond our short-term professional counseling services, we will help identify experienced and affordable providers.

For employers, the EAP is committed to restoring a healthy quality of life to a business’s most valuable asset…its employees. The EAP is a valuable business investment that yields high returns and improves employee morale and teamwork. Our dedicated staff can offer expert training in topics such as, Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Effective Listening, Coping with Grief, Supervisor Training, and Stress Management.
