EAP is an employer-sponsored program that provides short-term counseling services free-of-charge to employees and their immediate family members when personal concerns at home or at work interfere with performance, personal happiness, or family relationships. Our services are completely confidential to the fullest extent of the law.

Our EAP Counselors are dedicated, caring, and experienced professionals qualified in addressing a number of issues. We are here to help you, or your eligible family members, with any personal or work-related issues you may wish to discuss, including (but not limited to):

Getting help is easy! You and your immediate family members can call EAP directly at 518-793-9768. Office appointments are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with evening hours arranged if needed. Our crisis counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Appointments are held in our main office in Glens Falls, New York; however, we do have affiliate offices near you for your convenience.
